Chris Bailey

Chris Bailey, Territory Manager/Broker, and his family are deeply intertwined with the equestrian lifestyle and ranching way of life.  With family ranch land and horse property in Monterey and Napa Counties, Chris has first-hand experience in both the economical and emotional impact that a true connection with the land can make.  He has a true passion for the outdoors, the West, and matching people to the right piece of property.  He also values keeping up with, and leveraging technology when marketing a farm, ranchland, equestrian, or other recreational property, allowing for maximum listing exposure and value for the seller and buyer. 

Chris holds a B.A. in economics from Stanford University, and is a former carrier-based naval aviator and airline captain for JetBlue Airways.  He is a member of SPIRE (Stanford Professionals in Real Estate), Frontier Boys, the Tailhook Association, and the Carmel Valley Trail & Saddle Club.  Chris spent his summers growing up in Glacier National Park and his true passion is fly-fishing and floating his home waters in Montana’s Flathead Valley.  Chris currently serves on the board of trustees for All Saints’ Day School in Carmel Valley.  He is a past president of the Glacier Conservancy board of directors, a non-profit retail and fundraising partner organization of Glacier National Park. 

Chris enjoys spending time with his family; whether watching his wife compete in 3-day Eventing, or cheering his sons on in their sports and school pursuits.  When time allows, Chris loves riding horses, flying, and playing the guitar, songwriting, and singing. 



Caitlin Antle Wilson

Caitlin Antle Wilson, Realtor, is a fifth generation native Californian, born and raised on the Monterey Peninsula, with deep family roots in farming and ranching. Her passion for the beautiful and diverse landscape of her home state and her love of the rural western lifestyle are well suited to the art of helping others find their dream property or business opportunity. 

Caitlin obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from Colorado State University with a Minor in Business Management and after ten years of working in multiple roles for her family’s multi-generational farming business, Caitlin embarked on a new career in real estate. As a manager of her family’s elite cutting and rope horse ranch in the Salinas Valley, Caitlin knows first-hand what it takes to create a serene, private oasis. 

In addition to her dedication to her clients, Caitlin is passionate about raising top caliber cutting horses. A world champion cutting horse competitor, Caitlin is a member of the National Association of Cutting Horses and an active supporter of local cutting associations in the Monterey Bay Area.

When she isn’t riding, Caitlin enjoys spending time outdoors with her young son, Ford, and her husband, Patrick. The Wilson family relishes annual trips to the mountains of Colorado, many quick weekend adventures in the Arizona desert and summer weekends spent boating and hiking in Lake Tahoe.
